My 14 year old daughter developed muscle soreness in her arms and shoulders after a gym workout. She was struggling with quite a lot of stiffness so we gave Allcoast Massage a go. Scott was friendly and very knowledgeable and my daughter left feeling 100% better. She got her mobility back in her shoulders and was relieved that the sports massage melted away her soreness. Highly recommend Scott.
Possibly one of the best massage places I have ever been too! Highly skilled, easy and laid back atmosphere, spotlessly clean. Convenient to book as well via online booking. If you need work on a muscle issue, go see these guys!
