When we started to have issues with our roof but weren’t sure if there was enough damage to make a claim, we called AllClaims. Bill came right out, explained our options, stayed diligent with our insurance company to make sure they were moving the claim along, and got us full reimbursement for our loss. All Claims Adjustment Co. Came in and looked over the problem with my roof, and the damage inside my home from the roof leak. He went over all the paper work from the insurance company. He contacted the insurance company, they sent out a second adjuster who recommended the Insurance company pay for the roof, and all damages to my home.
