I suffer from a meniscus tear and love hiking but a hard recent hike on rocky terrain caused me considerable ongoing discomfort and concern. I feel fortunate to have found not only a brilliant physio in Brice Pennicott but also someone who understands the physical demands of hiking. Brice did a thorough job of evaluating my injury and has given me the perfect exercise regime to not just rehabilitate my knee but to build back strength to reduce the likelihood of it happening again.
