Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have been with this company for a couple years. At first they were good. No issues. Then suddenly paychecks are not being received. They NEVER call back. Leaving a voice mail is a waste of time. Then after fighting with them for months over missing pay they tell me it has been over 45 days and they don't review timesheets older than 45 days. One time i did actually talk with someone and she said she found the emails with the submitted time sheets but no one entered them in the computer. She ha... read more
My employee NEVER gets paid on time. They give you the run around. She haven’t gotten paid in MONTHS. The payroll lady Laura said she going to have to wait ANOTHER two weeks to get paid because THEY couldn’t find her timesheets she RESUBMITTED TWICE!! The communication is horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
We are in the process of filing a formal complaint with Superior Medicaid for this company. They have withheld pay for over THREE MONTHS, and continue to lie about the excuse why. Communication is terrible and inconsistent. Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!!!
