NicE place with nice rooms in a pleasant garden setting

A very nice place it is very quiet and staff Is great . The rooms are well decorated With private on Suite bathroom
I'm a support worker with a client who lives here. This place is not up to standard. Place is dark, clammy and un-kept. Very understaffed, no one is ever at front desk and they don't check who you are when you take residents out. No security measures and residents can easily walk out of the building without anyone knowing. Its not very inviting and is actually quite depressing. Several maintenance issues among other things.
The place is terribly maintained. Back yard area saturated due to poorly maintained guttering and downpipes. Bathroom Underfloors are rotting , moldy and leaking, likely to collapse. Yard area also poorly maintained. Kitchen waste overflowing into neighbours properties.
