She screwed up my taxes so bad I had to take it to another accountant (CPA). My second accountant (CPA) attempted to contact her to gain additional information so that she could fix the screwup. She was super unprofessional, refused to talk to to the second accountant, and never did provide the information. My second accountant had to rebuild the whole thing.
