Professional and patient
Alan was extremely unprofessional. He provided misleading and incorrect information that greatly undermined our immigration process. He never answered or responded the call when we had to make critical decisions regarding our case. Responses to emails were slow. He forwarded case information to us weeks after he already received the notice. We don’t recommend him at all. 王律师在移民过程中提供了错误的信息，导致我们申请和转换身份出现了问题。而且不接电话，邮件回复很慢。他收到移民局通知之后，过了好几周才转发给我们。非常不专业，不推荐。
