I went into the shop 2 weeks ago to buy a part . 2 people ordered the part . A part arrived got a phone call to collect. I went in . It was the wrong part . I was told by 4 staff members that I ordered the wrong part . It was an eco around the shop floor. They made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to the manager. Great staff instant service
Allans pool shop helped to replace my blocked sand filter and dead chlorinator. My pool looks better than ever, so the whole family use it more often. The chemicals are high quality, so they last longer and my pool is so much easier to maintain. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they even have their own workshop to repair pumps and equipment. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
