My experience with Mr. Rooney was horrible. He did not fight for my rights and did not reveal his personal relationship to the opposing lawyer until I ran across information that his senior partner defended opposing counsel before the Florida Bar where he had been accused of stealing from trust accounts maintained for his clients. His name was Joiner and he was suspended for 2 years and unable to practice law during that time.
