I don't usually write reviews but the customer service was disappointing and frankly disrespectful. I called and couldn't get through, which is fine but then I had multiple texts exchanges offering different time slots and when I responded quickly they then replied multiple times, that those slots were taken. But as a new patient I can't book online so how am I supposed to get an appointment if the response time is slow and the slots are booked. Furthermore whoever was booking the appointment was rude. Alla is incredible at what she does, I visited her with the hopes of mitigating my chronic anxiety and within just a few sessions, something that I thought I would have to cure with medication, she released within a few sessions. I'm truly so thankful for her, I feel like I've found myself again and would recommend her to anyone, she's changed my life.

Some people are born healers and Alla is one of them. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years for physical and emotional challenges and she’s been extremely helpful to say the least. 4 of my family members have been her patient and all have seen results. I must add that this line of healing requires time and ongoing maintenance. My experience did not fully meet my expectations. I did not notice much improvement from the treatment, and the environment did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Communication could have been better, as I sometimes felt talked down to rather than engaged in a collaborative way. Given the relatively high cost, I personally did not feel the service offered good value.
