They are a great company love the service
Terrible customer service, unprofessional behavior, and complete disregard for safety. They drive recklessly and misuse public parking by occupying the entire street as if it’s their private property. They do not follow any public parking regulations and are extremely rude in person. From what I’ve experienced, and read it the feedback they only pretend to be polite when replying to online feedbacks, but in reality, they behave completely differently—two-faced and unprofessional.
