Doing my taxes since 2005. Great service
Worst service i ever got! No one knows what they are doing, every year i get reassessed cuz they cant do it right. And they have been open since 1987.. It was owned by someone who knew how to do your taxes and knew what customer service is. He sold it and now the new owners havent changed their name from Vics Income tax to all year tax. Go buy the software and do it on your computer or make a friend that buys the software, much easier and cheaper... Plus its the same software most places use anyways.
Terrible slow in responding went elsewhere
When i booked my tax return day the lady that process it is pretty snarky and on the tax day i am booked at 4:30 but since there was someone before me i ended up getting served at 5pm.... wow. Go else where. There's probably a reason why they gotta change name lol.
My experience dealing with All-Year Tax Services was incredibly frustrating. I dropped off my corporate tax info, a month went by with no reply. I called and left several messages inquiring as to the status, none were returned. When I did manage to reach a real person, they took a message and told me the accountant would get back to me, which never happened. This occurred several times until I opted to take my business elsewhere, which I'm glad I did. I will never return.
