Excellent experience from start to finish. We had decided to have a fitted staircase to our loft, Dean popped in at a time that was convenient for us and gave us a choice of ideas and allowed us time to decide. A week and all is done !!! We cannot believe what a difference it has made and how brilliant the stairs look. Dean and Mark always stayed on just to complete the job they were doing that day. Dean and Mark were very friendly and professional throughout our dealings. They fitted solid oak glazed doors between our conservatory and kitchen, and an oak and glass balustrade on our staircase. They really care about the work and the finish is an extremely high standard. We are over the moon with the results. From the first contact Dean has been very responsive over the phone and through emails.
Made an appointment to quote for work and didn't turn up, this happened twice. Left a message after the last time & no further communication after that. Very poor communication.
