Stephen the owner came out late in the day on Friday before Memorial Day and he did it because he truly loves what he does. This kind of customer service is rare to nonexistent these days. He was courteous, professional, and got the job done quickly! He knew what he was doing and it was apparent. Would I use this company again? Yes! I live in an industrial factory turned into residential lofts, and so the parts I need for the windows of my condo are very specific and hard to get. All Window Company not only had the parts but had a lot of experience installing them, and got me squared away with functioning windows again incredibly fast.
