Our Realtor referred us to All Western Mortgage. Spoke with Tim, nice guy but all my red flags went up while speaking with him. Do not have a mortgage application with them but their rates are very high for people even with excellent credit. When you question why,, they give explanations that are completely false and misleading. For loans over the conforming loan limits their jumbo rates are a good 1% or more higher than your local banks and credit unions.
