So far I am not impressed with the Kamas office of All West Communications. I have fiber up in Bear Lake Idaho through another company and have never had a problem, fastest speeds ever with no down time. I thought I would get the same thing down here in Davis County with All West figuring the Kamas office being local would be better service then through Comcast or other providers....NOPE!! In less than a months time I have had two outages (fiber outage??) and when I call the local office the staff are not helpful at all. ... read more

O stars. All west came and installed fiber in our town, Tooele, they cut down our massive tree branches, left their coiled wire, brackets, promising they would pick them up. It’s been months and they will not respond. Finally called the city who said that they have had so many calls just like ours. Got a hold of customer service, the agent cried and hung up on me.

What a horrible company - sadly they are a monopoly ISP where I live. Internet with Allwest is at best intermittent net. I've been calling them for years and the field people come out and usually things are OK for a few days and then back to outages. Do not do business with these people if you have the option. They have an F rating by the Better Business Bureau for good reason - they do not respond to complaints.
