I had a very disappointing experience with All Weather Outdoor Blinds. The salesperson I dealt with lacked product knowledge and failed to explain the full costs upfront, especially regarding electrical work. Another team member who came to measure was rude and unprofessional. Initially, I was given a final price, but later told electrical costs were separate. The team at All Weather Blinds are amazing. They installed our outdoor blinds recently and their customer service is incredible. We asked them to make a change half way through the install and they were so understanding and accommodating. I was referred to them by my brother because he highly recommended them and so do I.
Ben and the team at AWB did a fantastic job replacing awning fabric for our awning. The team were punctual, knowledgeable and did a terrific job - even following up proactively after installation to ensure we were happy with everything. They managed tricky access to the property and left the house and area completely clean after installation. I highly recommend this family business. Thank you!
