HORRIBLE return policy and customer service. their sizing is off and the garments are see through. i bought a bunch as Xmas gifts and now i am stuck with them. Useless. STAY AWAY
Purchased 3 set boxer briefs for my 19 yr grandson for Christmas . Ordered a medium based on the size chart, they came in very sloppily packaged they look like they were for a child ! Way too small, and even though the ad clearly said they had a 30 day return, they refused to exchange for a larger size. $50.00 down the drain.
Highly respect the man running it offered to put logos on some of my personal clothing, honest, reliable, and overall very kind
Bought an item in September 2024 and it's December still have not gotten the item and they will not refund me! HORRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible product and AWFUL customer service!!! They apparently do not provide option for cash back for returns and I cannot get them To email me or phone me so far. Will never do business with them again.
