Terrible product and AWFUL customer service!!! They apparently do not provide option for cash back for returns and I cannot get them To email me or phone me so far. Will never do business with them again.
It says free returns all over their website, it says free returns on the specific items page where I entered the Quantity and chose the color , then when I tried to return the item they said sorry no returns on this item .and then they emailed me a screenshot showing me that you have to scroll down and click on something else to find the additional information with specific restrictions on that specific item even though it says free returns right on the page where you Click to put it in your shopping cart.
