Unprofessional company with no real Human Resources department. They do not care about who they are transporting, only about money. They allow their vans to be parked in residential areas, which is illegal in Round Lake despite them being based in Wheeling. Why are they allowing employees to use this van for personal use? It is sometimes parked in the street and in general is an annoyance for the neighborhood.
Terrible customer service.
The driver of one of these vans almost caused a collision with me twice. He merged into my lane without signalling and almost clipped the front of my car. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid him with a semi-truck right behind me. Then once again, as a two-lane road was merging into one lane and he was in the merging lane, he forced his van to be parallel to my car instead of slowing down, yielding to the proper lane, and getting behind me, where there was an actual gap.
