Placed a recent order for "mystery items", 3 pairs of shoes and 4 shirts. They were FANTASTIC!! Whoever picks these orders did a great job, my teenage daughters absolutely love every item and had a blast opening their VB blind box. The only reason to deduct one star was because one pair of shoes was 3 sizes bigger than ordered (did not match the label on the box). Overall, it was worth well more than what paid. Shirts were Adidas and Nike, shoes were Mizuno, Asics, and UA-- thank you!

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered volleyball sleeves that were pictured as two sleeves. I only received one sleeve. I was charged six dollars for shipping and over eight dollars to return the item. There is no way it costs eight dollars to ship a single volleyball sleeve in the US mail. This is clearly a profit scam. All volleyball has charged me more in shipping than the cost of the item. I cannot get anyone from Customer Service to reach out or help rectify the situation. They stole $18 from me. I ordered a ball. one the scheduled delivery date, I got a notification that my order was returned to the sender (All Volleyball). I paid the extra money to make sure it was shipping protected as well. They gave me a partial refund, & did not refund me for the shipping, tax, & package protections.
