This company made it very difficult to get my earnest money back when a housing purchase fell through. They are very careless about the courier services they use, providing tracking numbers, and slow to generate refund checks, or to respond to phone calls and messages.

Shannon Graham along with her assistant, Kelly Spangler (and the rest of their team) were very diligent in helping me close two simultaneous transactions with the same seller/buyer combo in an all-cash deal with a 21-day close. We actually closed sooner than expected. Though the deal was cash on the buyer's end, it involved a complicated trust on the seller's end, plus a 1031-exchange, so there was a lot more to it than just a simple deal of recording title for cash.
