This place is unprofessional, they’re always closed and never follow up with phone calls or emails. I would never recommend this place to anyone, first and last time filing taxes with them.

I would give it a zero if i could , i owe the irs almost 4000 dollars cause erica failed to give information to irs when filing my taxes, when i told her of the mistake she stated she did file, then started ignoring the situation,by ignoring my calls and texts when i was finally able to reach her she said i should fix it with the irs.
