Do not book this service after surgery. I had just gone through an intensive surgery and counted on them to get me home safely. Instead, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It took them 30 minutes just to find the hospital pick up area. When they finally arrived, the two men who showed up weren’t qualified to help me. They told me I couldn’t use the gurney and had to sit in the little side seats that are actually meant for companions. This company was hired by my son’s home care company for transportation to his medical appointment and failed to get him to the medical appointment on time not once, but twice. My son is paraplegic with a fractured femur and cannot get into a wheelchair at this time. So his medical health and well being has been put at an ever higher risk than it already is, not once, but twice because this company cannot get him there on time.
