I booked this company for my mom’s surprise party, to get her there and back. Pick up time was supposed to be 2pm and they never picked her up until close to 4 pm. She missed 2 hours of her own surprise party. I was called LAST MINUTE to tell me their driver couldn’t make it but the owner was going to do the pick up herself, so I was fine with that. I’m so happy to have been connected with this company. In a time where transportation can be so hard to find, this company was able to provide us with transportation for a group of 15! The booking process was easy to navigate and reliable! The ride was smooth and relaxing! Our campers thoroughly enjoyed their ride they felt safe and they were happy to be able to ride together as a team! Thank you

Tracey was very professional and very kind in helping to get me a ride for a doctor procedure for June 26 2025 and the riders that she gave me were on time and also caring to get to the doctor that I had to see and also to get me home after my procedure Tracey texted me how the service was and also asked how my procedure went, it is rare this day and age to receive caring people like Tracey.
