Very cool store! Great customer service! Free gift wrapping offered for every transaction.

Fun store to see many Irish things and friendly people!
I purchased a claddagh ring from the store in October 2025. After only 3 months, I noticed the center stone had fallen out and was lost. I emailed the store multiple times to ask if there was a warranty or anything could be done about my ring and no one ever responded to my requests. I live 4 hours away so I can't go into the store to follow up but I am extremely disappointed that there is zero customer service or follow-up on my emails.
