I’ve purchased several items from this store over the years and was genuinely shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the customer service was when a recent order arrived without the proper tags. I had ordered two items, both listed as new, but both arrived tagless — one of which was meant to be a gift. When I reached out, the response was condescending and unapologetic. I have been purchasing from ATBE for the past months- both for myself and gifts for friends. All products are great but for the one time when the pair of white shoes I purchased were mismatched in colour. I didn’t really notice this until I got to Hawaii. Upon return, I emailed them and was hoping the supplier brand can resolve this but instead, ATBE immediately issued me a refund.
