Nice spot for natural things.
I’ve purchased several items from this store over the years and was genuinely shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the customer service was when a recent order arrived without the proper tags. I had ordered two items, both listed as new, but both arrived tagless — one of which was meant to be a gift. When I reached out, the response was condescending and unapologetic. The owner offered to send a recreated tag from a different item or expected me to gift something that clearly looked used. No return label was provided... read more
