I would not recommend this tax accounting service. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor – emails and phone calls went unanswered for days. I expected professionalism and accuracy, but received neither. The state rejected our non-profit return multiple times due to mistakes. They weren’t even aware that a check needed to be included with a nonprofit return. I had to tell them. Most importantly, they couldn’t even apologize for the errors & inconvenience.
