Was a absolutely wonderful experience for what I was dealing with at that point in time. Which was was a yes, IRS audit. I was just absolutely stressed beyond belief. However Norm was able to calm me down and walk me through the process without me shedding a drop of blood sweat or tears! I can respect and appreciate the whole experience thanks to Norms ability to almost accidentally resolve the problem with NO EFFORT. Like a real life IRS warrior or TAX savant.
