Had an appointment for my puppy this Wednesday that we scheduled last week. I informed Erica that my partner both took off work to drive into the city for the appointment. We were all excited. On Tuesday I called and texted in the morning to confirm with no response. Later in the day Erica texted me back stating she had to reschedule because she has another shoot! Very unprofessional and disappointing… not even sure if this place is legit now so beware!
