Buying a guitar from Chuck Marfione is only part of the experience, and a wonderful experience it was. Not only is he as wise as Yoda when it comes to helping decide which instrument best fits (in his workshop he has a wide selection of styles and sizes to play) he also did not let my purchase leave the shop without him applying a large portion of Marfione Magic Dust resulting in a masterful set-up. Chuck is very knowledgeable and patient. He has a lot of experience with guitars, and conducted himself in a professional manner. He set up my guitar exactly the way I requested it. The guitar took only 2 days to arrive in perfect condition. He included a letter with information about the set up and the instrument in general, along with a picture of the guitar from when it was being set up. Thank you Chuck Marfione for spending so much time to help me pick out a great guitar for my son.
