Not dependable! A "I'll have it done in a couple of weeks" turned into me picking my stuff up 2 months later and going somewhere else.
They are not at all professional they don't care about their costumers AT ALL I've waited 3 years for my stuff to be done but they didn't wanna do it, they haven't even ordered any of the materials to do my order. They also complain about costumers calling and asking about their stuff taking so long.
