Mrs. Karen (the name says it all) is the “manager” of this company, she treated to call DCF on me just because her driver arrived at my house waaay earlier than normally expected and there was one to receive my child, I said that I would be there in a few then she started to threaten to call DCF on me and authorities, this unprofessional staff needs to learn the USA laws before open her mouth to say something and threaten people for no reason. My son was innapropriately assulted by a driver and all star tried to cover it up even lying and trying to downplay it. These people need to be in jail.
