saw one of these vans going 40mph+ in a school zone with children present and blow through a stop sign and erratically change lanes to get ahead into a slower lane which made him miss the green light because it was a bad choice. he stopped for the red and then just ran it even though children crossing the street had a green walk sign
witnessed driver with passengers in the back weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating people and cutting people off continuously then when we got up alongside of him to tell him to tell him to slow down he then proceeds to flip us off and took off at a high rate of speed and the scary part is he had passengers in the back of the van. it's scary to think that somebody's loved one is being transported by these animals
