Friendly, courteous, and very good at their jobs. All PTA's and PT have been great. I felt extremely comfortable with everyone I worked with. Thank you for your help and guidance on becoming more pain free and flexible.
Not an easy place to work with. Up front, they don't answer phones often and several times did not return messages. I was sitting in the waiting room one day watching the staff socializing while the phone rang, so I had their number stored and I called it. I watched two employees glance at the phone but continue the conversation. It takes them forever to process referrals. Very frustrating. The clinic’s a little run down and could really use some updating. The building and equipment definitely show their age. But I have to say that my experience with the PT Gene Makovskey more than made up for it. He was just wonderful. His care was thoughtful, and his bedside manner was excellent. You could tell right away that he truly loves what he does and really values his patients. He took the time to explain things, listened closely, and made me feel completely supported the whole way.
