I had an appointment and waited forty-five minutes in the lobby without being called back, so I left to go to work.
Our first visit, not impressed! The front desk girl doesn't explain much to you. She handed me a electronic tablet and assumed you know what to do with it? I'm 67 with Parkinson's, and I had to get my driver to help me, she didn't offer. It's loud and noisy when we walked in. Male therapists standing around the reception area, joking and laughing, while they looked at everyone that walked in. I'll see if I go back or meet change locations.
Brett and Yesenia, are the reason I am walking so well today. I had my hip replaced and had they not pushed me in such a nice way I wouldn’t feel so confident at this moment. Thank you both so much. I can never repay you for your kindness and pushing me when I wanted to stop. You are the best
When I arrived ,at ALL STAR, I was in so much pain and using a walker, with the treatments and all of my therapist; I’m walking again with mild discomfort. Everyone at ALLSTAR, is professional and cares . I’m so happy I went there!
I have been going to All Star for the past two months and have had a very mixed experience. First, the PTs are pretty good. They seem to care and push you each visit. That's the only reason this isn't a one-star review. Unfortunately, the front desk/receptionist (I'm leaving her name out to protect her privacy) is mentally checked out half the time. Three different times, she failed to follow through with what she said she would do. Three times! We've all had that experience with a front desk person who just doesn't listen. ... read more
