There unfortunately is no option for no stars! Even after this, this is how my conversation went with the higher up ! :( very dehumanizing When I was contacted by provider Nancy Baldwin to discuss my concerns about my physical therapy, I was told that the comments I remembered being made were never said and that I had simply heard them wrong. I had a very disappointing experience with Nancy Baldwin at this physical therapy clinic During my evaluation ,I was made to feel as though I had made no progress at all, despite the effort I had put into my recovery. Instead of focusing on my improvements, symptoms, and overall well-being, the conversation seemed centered around whether my insurance would approve another 12 sessions.
