Our experience with All-Star moving was amazing! From my first call to schedule an estimate, the office staff was responsive and patient with my questions and change requests leading up to moving day. The packers were careful and efficient, and I couldn't believe how quickly the movers were able to empty our five bedroom house, get everything moved in and set up in our new house. I had to use two trucks and hire 4 people. I sure won't do that again. I constantly had two people standing around not doing anything. By the time we got to the second truck, standing around became a big problem. I even noticed how loose the second truck was packed and I suggested moving a few things, as we couldn't get everything in the truck. But was ignored both times I mentioned it. We had a particularly large move , and All Star despite some difficulties was able to deal with it professionally, quickly, and with high quality. These guys are rock stars! They definitely live up to the reviews.
I was so impressed with these men, very professional. They made sure everything that was wrapped up like it should be. Eric is very experienced and made our move so much easier. The young men working with him were very hard workers as well. They were very pleasant. The move was quick and efficient with zero problems. I was nervous about the move, but they eased my mind with how great it went. You have a great crew of men and I absolutely would use them again. Thank you!
We used All Star Moving Company in the fall of 2024 to a rental home while our new home was being built. The young men moving us had a slight mishap, but the manager totally stood behind us with great integrity and we asked them to move us again in the spring of 2025 as we gained access to our newly built home.
