All star home improvements did my driveway/ refurbish my garden in july/ August 2020 for the best part of over 8k to the worst standard of poor quality. A week after completion, i started noticing cracks in the concrete work ( due to more sand than cements) , paving cracked and failing apart, slaps with big gaps in between. I've been waiting several weeks now for a partial refund which is due to me because I had to pay for materials to finish their work, and then carry out the finishing myself. They don't call back, and have subjected me to a disturbing prank call as their only response to my requests to get in touch. Terrible customer service, low standards all round. It's true that they have never completed the work!
