It took them 3 weeks to see my 1st review and reply if you really cared you would have done something other waited 3 weeks to reply when you machine fail I am robbed from winning 2nd when they keep breaking down that's a concern 3rd When you denied knowing anything about the failure equipment and act like it never was reported to you that's failure of communication in your company
On Friday at 532 pm apx I went to Shell Gas Station located at 5918 Snow Rd Brookpark Ohio and this machine took my $50 and would not give my credit or tickets or anything they thought it was ok to inconvenience me and tell me to leave and come back not happening People stand up this machine are license thru the State of Ohio and businesses make big bucks selling them and they the license they carry is attached to their beer & liquor license you can do some serious damage to the business if they want to be lazy and not give ... read more
