My husband and I rode for five days in the 2018 Ragbrai Bike Tour across the state of Iowa. I purchased my bike from All Star Bike Shop in Ridgewood in April 2018, and the staff was extraordinarily kind and gracious with their time and expert attention to keeping my bike in tip top shape. It was a memorable week and I knew that they prepared my bike to complete over 300 miles in five days. Bravo!
I've purchased several bikes and accessories from this store. It is always my go-to service spot as well. The staff is very knowledgable, particularly Jacob, who is an obsessive and thorough bike mechanic. If you're serious about cycling, then you can't go wrong here. I love my local bike shop.
so helpful! i stopped by to make sure my bike porter rack on my car was secure and a staff member took the time to adjust and tighten it up. what a relief. he was patient and kind. thanks! i bought my bike and rack from their sister store in Cary and they were great, too! a Liv Rove2. a fun bike so far!
