I would give them 5 stars if the customer service was better. They have great food, and that’s why I keep coming back. They don’t answer the phone a lot of times, which I get if they are busy, but it happens a lot, and sometimes you have to keep calling back over a 15-minute period. Over half an hour for bacon egg cheese on a roll
Good bagels. Always helpful
I ordered something, showed up at 12:20 (5 minutes late) an it was closed. Sign on the door said 1:00 closing and open sign was lit. Please change the sign or hire employees who can commit to an entire shift. Bad management. If I left my job 1/2 hour or more early every day, I would be fired. Must be nice
