Extremely upset with the outcome of ordering jerseys from this company. The reason we chose this company was for the quick ship time advertised on their website. My husband and myself followed up several times to ensure our order would be here in time for a softball tournament. We were promised the jerseys would be here the Saturday night before the tournament. They still have not arrived and our girls had to play in their tournament without their jerseys. Very unsatisfied after spending nearly $500 on the order.
My wife and I ordered our son’s soccer team shorts and when we received the order one of them was the wrong size. We reached out and let them know what happened and they said they would reach out to the manufacturer and they would let me know when the ordered was shipped. I told them we needed it by Friday and Friday comes and I was never updated about the shorts.
