Fantastic customer service from Amanda!
Trash. If I could give zero stars I would. Filled out there unbelievable cumbersome website for basketballs jerseys 2 weeks in advance. Got contacted by someone early the week after, she had some questions. These questions were answered over the chat and I heard nothing else.. It's not two days before the time I need the jerseys and I haven't had an update so I reached out. Jerseys came out perfectly!!! The customer service was top notch too. They reached out and asked if I need anything. I got my shipping updated so I could get them a day earlier and a jersey size changed with 0 difficulty. Definitely use this company they are great.
Tammy’s customer service was exemplary when assisting with our order! Really great communication and a quick turnaround time. The jerseys arrived and are even better quality than I expected! We will absolutely use this company again in the future.
