We were quoted 5 hours for our move and it took 10. I know quotes are just estimates, but we ended up paying $900 more than we expected. One mover was fit and moved quickly, but the other mover struggled an was out of shape. The movers also got lost on the way from our old place to our new place which took an additional 45 minutes of time. Note: I'm currently working with their Operations team to review the details of this case and will update my review accordingly if they can help remedy it.

I decided to ignore the other 1 star reviews and went with this company. Trust the other 1 star reviews, this company is shady. They brought a crew that was unprepared, without equipment and even smoking marihuana! They damaged multiple furniture, broke a TV, did some dents on the walls of the house. They used no blankets to wrap the furniture! Please stay away and hire someone!

Don't use them . Booked them well in advance, asked 3 times if they can do the move on 30 june . They confirmed and took the advance payment. On the day of the move when i call them . I get the reply your move is cancelled. They don't know how and when. There was no email from them about the cancellation. Only option they are giving me to wait till Monday so someone can help me . Very unprofessional. Be aware.

I had a terrible experience with All Service Moving and would give them 1 star if I could give less. After my move was completed, I paid the final invoice on October 7th, totaling $1,478.45 (after deducting my $100 deposit). John U., the mover, gave me a receipt showing this as the final amount. Then on October 8th, I was hit with an unexpected extra charge of $92.50 for no reason. I called All Service Moving several times on October 8, 9, and 12 to resolve this, but no one ever picked up.
