I want to say how much I appreciate the work Lex did to install my solid welded triple barrelled security door. I had an attempted home invasion on Sunday night and they could not get through the security door. Lex's work protected me and my son from 5 plus teenagers/Men running rampage onto my property. We have used Lex on multiple occasions and have always received excellent service each and every time. He has just replaced the last 2 of our main security doors at our house with his Prowler Proof product (6 in total replaced) and as always he delivers perfect workmanship and no fuss. Called and asked to have screen door wheels replaced. Said was busy for 2 weeks send pictures. Sent pictures, no reply. Replied again asking if they can come and are interested, no reply. If you cannot do the job let people know with a reply and we look somewhere else. Such a shame about some businesses.
