Extremely rude. Told me I didn't know what i was talking about on my own building plans. Belittling me by calling me darling and that he would bet me a dollar that he was right. I said not worth my time for a $1. Then proceeded to tell me lets get your builder on the phone. I said sure make the call. He didn't like that and told me to leave with God. I said, wow and to think the next question was about buying a spa. He said yeah I seriously doubt that. Yup, no need to get anything from this company.
Mark helped me pick a Lopi gas insert for my home and it was installed today. Had a great experience with both Mark and the installer and the insert is just what I was looking for. I feel like I got a great price and a great product. Highly recommended.
Worst customer service ever! I called to get an estimate, the guy was rude and threw out a number. I asked what that cost includes and he said, " I gotta go, I have a customer" as I started to ask if I was not a customer he literally hung up on me. I am absolutely dumb founded.
Horrible experience, not sure if it’s the owner but whoever I spoke to was so rude. Wild. I guess I’ll go to a big box store.
While building our home, we were in a crunch to get chimney components and a woodstove. All Seasons was the only place that could get us the parts we needed, in the timeline we needed, and at a reasonable price. Mark’s customer service did not end after our purchase, he was also instrumental in addressing a warranty issue with our woodstove. We highly recommend Mark and All Seasons – straightforward attitude and good customer service.
