I had Steve paint my concrete swimming pool in 2017 with epoxy paint. In June of this year 2019, I drained all the water from the pool because I could see the old white paint showing thru the new dark blue I had him paint it. II have had this pool for 26 years and typically paint lasts 6 to 8 years. I have had this pool painted by a different contractor but he retired.
