The quality service offered here is why I’ll always come back. I’ve been to other e-bike shops but I feel like family here. Helped me with an issue with my scooter’s folding mechanism. Great customer service.
This place worked on my Ebike that had died and they breathed new life into it. It took time, but quality work can take time and they were open with communication and where we were cost wise the entire time. The owner was very kind and seem to have a great appreciation for the business. I'll definitely be back for any issues I have in the future and for any accessories I might need.
I’ve been looking for my next e-bike online and checking everything, but did not want to buy online, sight unseen or without actually touching one. I saw the one I wanted to try at this store, and have been back a few times. I finally got in to test ride the Velotric T1-ST and knew it was the right one for me. Brayden was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all. I love my e-bike.. thanks Brayden.
