I began services with this provider pursuant to a court order. The court has since issued a new order appointing a different provider. I have made multiple formal requests for a refund of the unused portion of the funds, yet my emails and communications have gone completely unanswered. Honestly in the beginning I had a great experience. Felicia was very nice understanding. I had a court order to use her services and 2 weeks later the court ordered was changed to a different provider and I have been begging for a refund of the unused balance for 2 weeks now. I’m a single mom fighting for my kid and this money was suppose to be used for my child and here I am out $600 and getting ignored. I would never pay an upfront retainer again. Completely unhappy. I would be very cautious about giving this therapist monies before a therapy session. She dropped me after I paid for her services. She is unprofessional when it comes to being able to give out plans for your therapy sessions. I went for 3 months and did not achieve what I went for her services. She charged me extra monies and did not tell me at the time that she would charge me extra because I overstayed 30 min. She would not work with me when it came to my schedule. Be aware!!
Going to therapy has saved me. Felicia is the best listening ear I’ve ever experienced and has helped me sift through so many of life’s moments. Thank you so much to All Seasons Counseling and Dr. Reid!
