I appreciate the calm, clean, and professional atmosphere. The technicians are kind and patient. I have been coming to ASB for years. I've never had an "issue" with service. The full body massages are energizing and restorative.

Overall the massage was good however hard to relax when there is constant loud noise all around you including the room turnovers, loud beeping to set up the next alarm clock (the actual alarm clocks going off were the least problematic thing); and the worst loud talking/conversations from the employees(no one attempts to whisper)… i understand the setup is one large space broken up with clothe dividers to separate each space HOWEVER all the loud noise/atmosphere can be easily reduced so its not distracting to customers
