My wife and I have been homeowners for over 50 years. During that time there have been a few occassions when it became necessary to file an insurance claim for property damage. Never, never get All Risk Bob himself was very helpful, but they never sat down or explain what is and will happen we lost everything in a fire back in January 2022 they have our money and now refuse to talk with us and we are left wondering what is and will happen with us. All and any reassuring we ever got was "trust us we got you" all lip service very disappointed we actually would have had better service without the middle man who is All Risk so sad. How they take advantage of people who are in a crisis.
I highly recommend all risk public adjusters, you hate to have something happen to your home but if it does All Risk and their staff are knowledgeable, responsible, and ready to help you. My parents Bill and Mary Davis also highly recommended them as well!
