What a great experience! After meeting Rachel and hearing about the zero balance work that she does, I was interested in trying it out. I really had no expectations when I showed up for my appointment, but Rachel explained what she would be doing, and I just sat back and enjoyed it. There was no discomfort, physically or psychologically, and it was quite relaxing. Afterward, it’s hard to put into exact words, but I felt “open,” and calm. The feeling lasted at least a few days. I’m looking forward to going back!

I’ve had both massage and zero balancing and I have to say that in addition to feeling totally relaxed the pain I was having markedly improved after each session.
